Ontario Corvette Corral was established in 1994. We are located just north of Grand Valley, Ontario. We carry a large selection of new, used and NOS parts for 1953-2007 Corvettes and also carry a complete line of Corvette Apparel and Accessories.

We are a dealer for several large American suppliers and also deal with dozens of manufacturers direct. Our catalogue can be ordered from the home page, or you can click the link at the end of this page.

Information and Policy Guide

Core Policy: All Cores are Charged upon Purchase

A credit will be issued on all rebuildable cores returned within 30 days. Cores not received within 30 days WILL NOT be refunded. OCC reserves the right to determine if a core is rebuildable.

Credit Card Orders

Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment except for special order materials. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Should a part or parts arrive in a damaged condition, have the driver sign a copy of the invoice or freight bill with damage noted. If damage is discovered after delivery contact the local office of the carrier immediately to file a claim. Failure to follow these procedures will negate our responsibility for part replacement.

Delivery

Most packages are shipped via Fed Ex ground service. Parts can be picked up at our shop. A complete address is required to assure delivery. If no one is available to receive shipment, notification will be left. Delivery is attempted 3 times before package will be returned. Items that require shipment by truck are sent freight collect.

Guarantee

Workmanship and materials are guaranteed on all new, reproduction and replacement products sold for 30 days. If any product should be found to be defective it will be replaced with a duplicate item. Used / NOS parts are sold "as is" and are not guaranteed or returnable. Other parts guarantee varies.

Ordering

Orders are taken via phone, fax, mail, e-mail or in person. We accept payment by certified cheque, money order, cash, VISA, Mastercard or Interac.

Refunds / Credits

All requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Credit towards future purchases are issued on all returns sent correctly by us. Used / NOS parts are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. Items returned to us that we sent correctly are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Refused Shipment

All accounts will be charged 25% restocking / handling fee plus shipping expenses.

Returns / Exchanges - NO RETURNS WITHOUT AUHORIZATION (see refunds)

Returns must be requested within 5 working days upon receipt of merchandise and received within 30 days. Returns not relating to garantees are subject to restocking charges starting at 25%. All returns MUST accompany invoice.

Sales Tax

Out of province shipments are exempt from sales tax. Ontario sales tax is applied to all sales in province. GST tax is applied to ALL orders.

Other

All prices, numbers, specification, terms and policies are subject to change without notice. We retain the right to discontinue at any time without notice any of our products.

Having no control over the use of any products sold by us but not contained, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damages or expenses of any kind arising from the correct or incorrect use of these said products. Acceptance of product(s) constitutes acceptance of waiver.
